29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied. The employer is failing to protect employee(s) from fall injuries. This was most recently documented on or about March 14, 2023 at 10717 S. 126th Ct., Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employee(s) were not occupying the platform that was being moved horizontally. Urbic Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565946, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 19, 2022 , with respect to a workplace located at 11508 S. 190th Street, Gretna, Nebraska.
