29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. Global Precision Parts, Inc. located at 13060 State Route 287 East Liberty, OH 43319: On or about March 1, 2023, the employer or employer representative failed to contact the Toledo Area OSHA Office within 24-hours after an employee received injuries resulting in a hospitalization from a workplace injury/incident. The employer reported the hospitalization incident to the Toledo Area OSHA Office via phone on March 3, 2023.
