29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) - The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. Location - Residential Construction Site: 385 Lowell Street, Lexington, MA On or about 3/6/23, employees were exposed to flying debris by utilizing a pneumatic nail gun without eye protection. Sox Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1495398, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/30/20, with respect to a workplace located at 7 Gorham Street, Chelmsford, MA 01824.
