29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii):Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: a) 35 Wet Produce, Aisle 22, Heat Mat Switch - The cover on the junction box was damaged exposing the internal conductors, on or about February 28, 2023. b) 35 Wet Produce, Aisle 22, Heat Mat Switch - The metal conduit attached to the junction box and 30amp/600vac Square D heavy duty safety switch was damaged, on or about February 28, 2023. No abatement certification or documentation required.
