29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3):Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards and general slip or trip hazard. On or about February 6, 2023, at the facility, metal plates that were once secured to the floor were detached extending 1-2 inches above the walking surface, exposing employees to tripping hazards.
