At the jobsite, located at 2088 Kings Palace Dr. Riverview, FL 33578; on or about 2/23/23, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection certification training records were not provided for employees conducting roofing operations at approximately 8ft. and 18ft. while replacing roof shingles on town house homes. b.)
