29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a) At the establishment, 51 Victor Heights Parkway, Victor, NY. - Press Room. On or about 2/14/2023, employees perform set-up of the mechanical power presses daily without a procedure clearly outlining the steps to be followed to control hazardous energy including, but not limited to electric and pneumatic. Charles A. Rogers Enterprises, Inc. DBA CAR Engineering & Manufacturing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1450549, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/5/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 51 Victor Heights Parkway, Victor, NY.
