29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 261 90th Street, Stone Harbor NJ: Company worksite workers, wearing full body harnesses that were not connected to anchor points with a lanyard or other approved means, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below when performing roofing and other related activities from a residential structure's pitched roof. Condition observed on or about 02/08/23. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
