29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns. At the jobsite, employees were not wearing hardhats while working below other employees that were installing framing material to a residential house, exposing employees to struck-by hazards from falling objects. Ruperto Olvera Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1575259, Citation Number 2, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2022, with a final abatement date on February 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1725 Creek bluff Court Waxahachie, Texas 75165. Ruperto Olvera Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528366, Citation Number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 3, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1728 Vista Way, Waxahachie, Texas 75165.
