29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 19038 E. Hampton Dr., Aurora CO 80013: On or about February 3, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure employees working at heights greater than 6 feet were protected by a fall protection system. Two employees were observed working on the first and second story roof without use of a fall protection system. Freedom Forever Texas LLC, d/b/a Freedom Forever Solar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1634118, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2429 Mike Price, El Paso, TX 79938. Freedom Forever Illinois LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1610413, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 4, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 601 Kingsbrooke Crossing, Bolingbrook, IL 60440.
