29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about February 3, 2023, at the MoCo Engineering & Fabrication, Inc. automatic stacking system, employees perform servicing and maintenance activities including, but not limited to cleaning. The employer did not develop, document, and utilize energy control procedures for employees cleaning the area below and around the elevated stacker. Anthony Timberlands was previously cited for a violation of and equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1460284, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 29, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 111 S Plum St, Bearden, AR 71720.
