29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1): The employer shall be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace: a) At the Store, 600 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY 11003. On or about January 27, 2023 fire extinguisher mounted at the workplace was not inspected. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
