29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer must ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about February 1, 2023, through February 4, 2023, at an establishment located at 2099 Badgerland Drive in Green Bay, WI; the employer did not maintain the work area around the Titus Grinder in a clean and sanitary condition in that employees had to walk on and through approximately 4 inches of built up tallow on the floor from a leak, exposing employees to slip and fall hazards. Sanimax LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1578462, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on October 12, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2099 Badgerland Drive, in Green Bay, Wisconsin 54303.
