29 CFR 1910.101(b): "Compressed gases." The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. On or about January 26, 2023, at the establishment located at 200 C Avenue Goodman, Wisconsin; the employer did not ensure that all compressed gases in cylinders were stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. A cylinder of nitrogen was leaning against the inside frame supporting the stairs by door "A 7" and was not secured to prevent it from falling or being knocked over.
