OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. At its Wautoma facility, the employer did not furnish a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious harm in that employees were sweeping the floor around and behind the vertical dock levelers and the employer did not eliminate, to the extent practicable, safety hazards to which those employees were exposed.
