29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 26642 Buffalo Court, Lot 114 St. Augustine, Daphne, Alabama: On January 18, 2023, the employer allowed his employee to perform roofing activities on a high slope roof without tying off exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 6 inches to the ground below. The Miguel Angel Martinez Luna dba Miguel Angel Martinez Luna was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1299892, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7039 Doppel Lane, Mobile, Alabama.
