29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) Zekelman Industries, Inc. dba Wheatland Tube Company, on or about January 6th, 2023 and times prior thereto: An in-patient hospitalization was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours. The incident, and resulting hospitalization, took place on or about January 6th, 2023. The incident was not reported to OSHA until January 9th, 2023.
