29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) 145 Dixon Street Selbyville, DE 19975 (Warehouse-Side door Driveway side): On December 29, 2022, and days prior, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards due to the exit door being obstructed by items such as but not limited to cardboard boxes filled with furniture accessories and other various items. Which can weigh in excess of 25lbs. exposing employees to delayed egress in the event of an emergency. b) 145 Dixon Street Selbyville, DE 19975 (Warehouse- Aisle 1-2 Rear door): On or about December 29, 2022, and days prior, employees were exposed to egress hazards due to the exit route being blocked. c) 145 Dixon Street Selbyville, DE 19975 (Warehouse- Second floor rear steps): On or about December 29, 2022, and days prior, employees were exposed to egress hazards due to the rear 2nd floor steps being blocked. The steps were minimized exposing employees to trip hazards and a delayed egress in the event of an emergency.
