29 CFR 1910.132(h)(1): The employer did not provide personal protective equipment (PPE) at no cost to employees, except as provided by paragraphs (h)(2) through (h)(6) of this section: On or about December 15, 2023, the employer failed to provide PPE, including welding helmets, at no cost to employees. Employees are required to wear welding helmets during welding operations in both building #1 and #2.
