29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) On or about December 1, 2022, the employer failed to report an inpatient hospitalization of an employee. On November 30, 2022, an employee slipped and fell while in the performance of normal duties, and due to the nature of the injuries was hospitalized for more than 24 hours.
