29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s): On or about November 29, 2022, in Zone C-1 of the production yard for an establishment located at 3898 Selvitz Road in Fort Pierce, Florida, an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard when working beneath a 6-foot stressing jack ram cylinder suspended by a steel chain sling. Pre-Cast Specialties, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1334916, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 18, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3898 Selvitz Road in Fort Pierce, Florida.
