29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about November 23, 2022, at approximately 09:27 AM, an employee accessed the attic of a home under construction to assist with new installation of electrical lines when he fell through gypsum board, resulting in his hospitalization. The hospitalization was not reported within 24 hours to the local Area Offices of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
