29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. On or about December 1, 2022, at the storeroom, merchandise, totes, cardboard boxes, and rolltainers obstructed the exit routes exposing employees to fire hazards. b. On or about December 1, 2022, at the breakroom hallway, merchandise, totes, and/or cardboard boxes, obstructed the exit routes exposing employees to fire hazards. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1483184, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 11 River Road # 35, North Arlington, NJ 07031.
