29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a. On or about December 1, 2022, at the storeroom, merchandise, totes, cardboard boxes, and/or rolltainers obstructed the exit routes exposing employees to fire hazards. b. On or about December 1, 2022, at the breakroom hallway, merchandise, totes, and/or cardboard boxes, obstructed the exit routes exposing employees to fire hazards. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1483184, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on September 16, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 11 River Road # 35, North Arlington, NJ 07031.
