29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: (a) US Army 6th Recruiting Brigade, 4539 North 5th Street, North Las Vegas, Nevada: On or about September 6, 2022, the employer potentially exposed employees to fire hazards in that fire extinguishers throughout the facility had no annual maintenance check completed since February 7, 2018.
