Location: second floor stock room on or about 11/30/22, the employer did not ensure exit access was maintained at least 28 inches in the aisleways of the storeroom. Kohl's Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1624731, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/9/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2700 Roosevelt Rd, Marinette WI 54143.
