29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: This violation occurred on or about November 29, 2022, at a job site located at 342 Water Ridge Drive, Lavon, TX; where employees walk and works on a two-tier scaffold system not fully planked. Employees were exposed to fall hazards: (a) First tier scaffold, three sections; three (3) planks each section. (b) Second tier scaffold, three sections; two (2) planks each section. MIGUEL VALDIVIA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.451(B)(1) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1556987, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 5, THAT WAS ISSUED ON OCOTOBER 22, 2021 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 5413 BASHAM LANE, DENTON, TX, 75207. THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS NOVEMBER 17, 2021.
