Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. The employer fails to ensure that storage of material does not create a hazard by ensuring it is stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) This most recently occurred on or about November 16, 2022, at an establishment located at 991 Marquette Street in Kewaunee, Wisconsin; The employer fails to ensure that storage of material does not create a struck-by hazard when plastic bins, boxes, and merchandise stacked in rolltainers are not stable and secure against sliding or falling onto employees.
