29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) 19 E 5th St, Patterson NJ: Employees were exposed to combustible dust with a hazard explosion severity of 3 newton, daily while manufacturing filo dough. the employer did not ensure that employee training included the physical and health hazards of the combustible dust in the work area on or around November 15, 2022. KB Foods Inc d.b.a Kontos foods. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365495, citation number 1, item number 3/b and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 100 6th Ave, Paterson, NJ 07524.
