29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a-54-58 Hearthstone Court, Mahwah NJ 07430: Employees engaged in roofing activities on a 6 on 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection was not being utilized. Condition observed on or about 11/15/2022.
