29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. On or about November 14, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. b. On or about November 14, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet four (4) inches above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. c. On or about November 14, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations, fourteen (14) feet six (6) inches above ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. Victor Vidales dba VIDALES COMPLETE REMODELING CORP. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1600313, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1708-1712 Foxwood Drive in New Lenox, Illinois. VIDALES COMPLETE REMODELING CORP was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1489953, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 30, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 560-570 Mill Rd. in Addison, Illinois.
