29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. Warehouse area - The rear exit door was obstructed by three boxes of brake parts. Napa Auto Parts was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1581543, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-25-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 722 Wethersfield Avenue, Hartford, Connecticut.
