29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii): Remove employees from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section; Production Floor All Over - On or about 10/27/2022, the employer failed to ensure that Lock Out/ Tag Out (LOTO) procedures were utilized by employees tasked with conducting cleaning, service, and maintenance activities at the facility. Employees tasked with cleaning equipment such as, but not limited to, the DCA Heads and the Depositor were potentially exposed to electrical and amputation hazards. Hostess Brand, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1479852, citation number 2 , item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 8/19/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1969 Victory Blvd, Columbus GA 31901.
