29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a - 32 Staton Road, Mount Holly NJ: A worker engaged in floor truss placement and other framing activities was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet 4 inches to the ground surface below, when walking on and working from a residential structure's second floor exterior wall top plates without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 11/08/22. b- Wall Frame Between 32 - 34 Staton Road, Mount Holly NJ: A worker engaged in floor truss placement and other framing activities was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the floor below when walking on and working from a residential structure's second floor interior wall top plates without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 11/08/22. c - 32 Staton Road, Mount Holly NJ: Workers engaged in floor truss placement and other framing activities were exposed to fall hazard in excess of 9 feet 5 inches to the concrete floor below when walking and working next to and near an unprotected floor opening without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 11/08/22. d - 34 Staton Road, Mount Holly NJ: A worker engaged in floor truss placement and other framing activities were exposed to fall hazard in excess of 9 feet 5 inches to the concrete floor below when walking and working next to and near an unprotected floor opening without the use of fall protection.
