29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected monthly for the entirety of 2022, in the following instances: a) Northwest Corner, Exit Door - On or about November 4, 2022, the portable fire extinguisher was not visually inspected at least monthly. b) Southeast Corner, Receiving Room Exit - On or about November 4, 2022, the portable fire extinguisher was not visually inspected at least monthly. c) South Wall, Restrooms - On or about November 4, 2022, the portable fire extinguisher was not visually inspected at least monthly. DG Retail, LLC was previously cited for a Repeat Other violation of the Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1595364, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/06/2022, with respect to the workplace located at 872 Hudson Road, Glenburn, ME 04401.
