29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation. Location - 21 Ellis St. Framingham, MA; On or about 11/03/2022, employer did not provide training for an employee who was operating an all terrain powered industrial truck. The Hulk Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(a)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1583317, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 6/24/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 203 Marrett Road, Lexington, MA 02420.
