29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: On or about November 3, 2022, and at times prior thereto at the grinding area, the employer did not ensure that an extension cord was used as a substitute for fixed wiring to run from an outlet on a conduit to energize a radio or other equipment; exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
