29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7): Electrical equipment was not installed in a neat and workmanlike manner. a) At the Pack Mule Charging area, on or about October 11, 2022 and times prior workers plugging and unplugging the Pack mule carts were exposed to 110V electrical hazards where the metallic outlet box was not maintained in a neat and workmanlike condition, visibly damaged with exposed energized internal parts.
