29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards and general slip or trip hazards. a) Facility, rear warehouse area. On or about October 28, 2022, employees working in the rear warehouse area of the facility are exposed to potential tripping hazards due to the presence of small holes and other parts of broken floor. No abatement certification or documentation required
