29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Worksite located at 1 Fairfield Rd., Caldwell, NJ 07006 The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls. Employees engaged in masonry activities worked at or near the edge of the building, at heights greater than 6 feet, without any means of fall protection. Violation occurred on or about 11/08/2022.
