29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. Site: 1 Hudson Avenue Brooklyn, NY On or about 10/17/2022 a) An employee fell more than 6 feet from the ground level to the foundation of a manhole/vault, he was hospitalized for several days after to the incident. The employer did not report the hospitalization within the 24 hour as required.
