Text For Citation: 02 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: (a) On or about October 20, 2022, at the jobsite located at 344 West South Street, Oconomowoc WI, an employee working directly below other employees conducting tuck pointing work from a scaffold and roof, was not wearing head protection, therefore exposing the employee to a struck-by hazard. Semper Fi Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1343380, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 3, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at S47 W25715 Wood Lilly Lane in Waukesha, Wisconsin 53189.
