29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Dollar General Store #3066 - 14147 W. Colonial Dr. Orlando, FL : The employer fails to ensure effective protection against trip and fall hazards as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about October 14, 2022, when the receiving/back room was not kept clean, sanitary, and orderly, preventing employees from moving product in and out of the receiving/back room onto the sales floor and from delivery trucks. DG Retail, LLC dba Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1439273, citation 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 345 E.
