29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constitute hazards from tripping, fire, explosion, or pest harborage: A) 621 Hamilton Street, Somerset, NJ The employer did not ensure that the stock room was free of tripping hazards and fire hazards. The boxes, storage bins and U-boats (merchandise carts) were not arranged in an organized manner exposing employees to trip and fire hazards. Observed on or about October 7, 2022. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.176(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1269761, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1155 S. Havana Street, Unit 23, Aurora, CO 80012. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.176(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1587972, citation number 1, item number 1c and was affirmed as a final order on October 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 810 Gilmer St., Sulphur Springs, TX 75482.
