29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were not used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) Heritage Shores Development, Whistling Duck Drive near Wilson Farm Rd, Bridgeville, DE 19933 - North Side of Framed Structure: Employees were working at heights of approximately 12 feet without fall protection and using a construction Fork lift - Telex TH644 (serial number undeterminable) without support platforms that were designed for the use, the competent person did not perform frequent and regular inspections at the appropriate times for the phases of construction and failed to identify serious safety and health hazards while working onsite as observed on or about 9/21/2022. Green Master Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1607413, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/21/2022, with respect to a workplace located at14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24 & 26 Foundry Boulevard Mount Holly, NJ 08060.
