29 CFR 1904.29(a):The employer did not use an OSHA 300, 301 and 300A Form or equivalent. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required. a) At GT Harvesting located at 16556 GA Hwy 23, Reidsville, GA 30453: on or about September 15, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer failed to keep and update their OSHA 300 and 300A logs, summaries of work-related illnesses in that the company employed 130 employees.
