29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a-33-41 Heartstone Court, Upper Saddle River NJ 07458: An employee engaged in sheathing activities on a 6 on 12 pitch roof using a pneumatic nail gun was exposed to eye loss/eye injury due to struck by hazards as a means of eye protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 09/09/2022
