29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": a) Men's Stock Room, Door #33: Employees were exposed to fire hazards from delayed egress due to an exit door that was not marked by a sign reading "Exit", on or about August 30, 2022. The employer, Penney OpCO LLC dba JCPenney, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1450938, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 20, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 3075 Clairton Road Suite 100, West Mifflin, PA 15123. Abatement certification and documentation required.
