29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): Basic Requirement. Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of employees, as a result of a work-related incident, the employer must report the in-patient hospitalization to OSHA. a) On or about August 12, 2022, in the building B at Continental Warehouse facility located in Alvin, TX, the employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization of an injured employee to OHSA.
