29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At the jobsite at 1400 Main Street Blue Springs, MO: Employees engaged in commercial roofing activities were exposed to struck by hazards because eye protection was not provided while using pneumatic nail guns.
